Anxiety

A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety itself is a very normal part of life. All people experience some level of anxiety.

ADHD

Symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder or (ADD) include; overlooking or missing details, difficulty listening when spoken to, having difficulty following through with instructions at school or work, having organizational issues, regularly losing things, easily distracted by unrelated thoughts or stimuli, forgetful.

Depression

Depression affects more than 15 million Americans every year and is the leading cause of disability in the US for people ages 15 to 45. It is to be noted that there is a difference between situational depression and clinical depression. 

PTSD

A disorder that develops in individuals who experience a shocking, scary, or dangerous event or events. It is to be noted that not all PTSD derives from one, specific, dangerous event.
